They get the books done each month, which is great, but I wish there were more communication. Otherwise, a fantastic team that knows what they’re doing and they do it well. Offering incentives for reviews or asking for them selectively can bias the TrustScore, which goes against our guidelines. Suggested companies are based on people’s browsing tendencies. Their team are professional, organized, and detailed. Their onboarding software makes it intuitive and easy to upload.
Website isn’t the fanciest, but it works and is easy to use to upload and see responses. Staff was very helpful and answered questions quickly. I would have given 2 stars except they were good in the beginning. Recently only update when I have to ask and then ask for the same information multiple times after they had already received from me. I have used Remote Books in the past, and they used to be very good about scheduling monthly meetings with me. That’s no longer the case, I need to ask for meetings with them.
